Over the past decade, Kate has emerged as a trailblazer in the Atlanta hair industry, She holds a degree from the University of Alabama and has gained valuable experience working across various fields. Growing up in a large family of four girls, Kate had plenty of hair to experiment with, sparking her passion for hairstyling. She kicked off her skills at DryBar, collaborating with other talented staff members. What sets Kate apart is her uncanny ability to make clients feel at ease
with her expertise and transparency. From
sweeping the floors to mingling with clients, Kare can be found everywhere in the salon, ensuring everyone's needs are met.
Throughout the last 10-15 years, she has embarked on global travels while tirelessly working towards the realization of her dream salon. It is of the upmost importance that her team members and clientele leave feeling even better than when they walked in.
Kara's hair journey began at 14 as a receptionist in Buford, Georgia, where her passion for hair ignited. After high school, she attended Keune Academy Cosmetology School, earning her license in 2017. She returned to her first salon as a stylist, honing her skills for two years before moving to Atlanta to join Kate Barone Salon in 2019. There, she specializes in blonde, multidimensional coloring and extensions, delivering exceptional results for her clients. Outside the salon, Kara enjoys an active life filled with fun and time spent with loved ones. With her passion and vibrant personality, she is a standout in the hair industry, ready to bring creativity and warmth to every service.
Stephanieās journey began in Green River, Wyoming, before she moved to Denver at 17 to pursue hairstyling at the Aveda Institute. After graduating in 2015, she worked in various salons, eventually opening her own suite in 2020 amidst the challenges of COVID. She later moved to Atlanta to reunite with her best friend, Magi, and after gaining valuable experiences, returned to Denver, where she joined Kate Barone Salon. Stephanie has now worked with Kate for a year, further elevating her skills and career. With extensive experience as a stylist, educator, and manager, she excels in building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional cuts, styles, and colors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets and exploring new restaurants.
Born in Puerto Rico but raised in the Bronx and Florida, Roman has made a name for himself in the vibrant Atlanta hair scene. With 12 years of experience, Roman specializes in color and extensions, offering expert-level services with a passion for making clients look and feel their best.
Trained at the prestigious Keune Academy in Buckhead and further sharpened in NYC by the renowned Nick Arrojo, Roman is a master in his craft. Certified in all smoothing treatments and various hair extension methods, his versatility ensures that every client leaves with a personalized, flawless look.
Outside the salon, you can find Roman strolling the streets of Buckhead with his dog, Mia, or exploring new destinationsātraveling twice a month is a must! Summer days often find him on a patio, sipping margaritas and enjoying life.

Hi Iām Mary! I have been in the hair industry know for 3 years and behind the chair for 2! I have been working with the team since April of 2022 while I was in hair school at The Aveda Institute of Atlanta. I started working with little experience and quickly learned from the best of the best!Ā
After graduating hair school, I got married to my high school sweet heart, Owen Van Beber, at Lake Oconee in August of 2023. We know live in Duluth with our 3 dogs, Frazier, Marlowe and Weller. We are also expecting a baby boy named Hayes in April! Being a mother has always been my dream.
Since being at Kate Barone Salon, I have learned everything I know. I would just stand and watch each of the stylist as they would preform services and ask questions. Itās the best way to learn! I specialize in blonding, beaded extensions, sewn extensions, and menās and womenās cuts! Iām so excited to watch my career grow and to get to be apart of the best team there is!
Elle, 22, hails from Alpharetta, Georgia, and has always been passionate about making others feel confident and beautiful. Allie began her professional journey by earning a degree in fashion from Georgia Southern University before pursuing her true calling at the Aveda Institute. After graduating from The Aveda Insitute, she launched her career as Kateās assistant. This was a decade ago! She specialize in blondes, lived-in color, and extensions, focusing on enhancing your natural beauty with effortless, stunning styles. After tying the knot, she moved and now does hair at Lake Oconee, which she absolutely loves! Still, she couldnāt stay away from her longtime Atlanta clients, with whom she built meaningful relationships over the years, so she splits her time between both locations. Sheād love to welcome new clients and get to know you too! When sheās not behind the chair sheās spending time with her husband and baby boy Manning, two cats, and two dogs. Iāve a been to many salons throughout the years and I can truthfully say this one is the best. The atmosphere, the people, the highest quality of work, the way they make a hair inspo pic come to life and make it even better than you thought possible, the hair washes and the blowouts.. just insane. The only place to go if you want professional extensions. They make sure your hair is perfect and exactly as you want it every time, walking out confident and fabulous.
